SHIPPING ON RETURN ITEMS: If a shipment is returned to us due to the wrong address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. If the customer does not get the item redelivered within 7 days and it is sent back to us, no refund will be given. In the rare occurrence that we send the wrong items, the customer will be liable for a full refund.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS: If an item is out of stock on the site, please feel free to ask when this item will be back again. If you want more colours on the wigs please feel free to also let us know and we will see what we can do.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Before shipping we will take a picture of the goods and send it to your email address. HairbyKM isn’t responsible for any lost/damage packages. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to HairbyKM. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.
Please also note: the courier takes photos of the items before they are delivered.
REFUNDS:
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! Please return your item within 7 days of receiving it. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please ensure that the hair is in its original packaging and has not been tampered with or used.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
- It will take 5-7 business days to receive your refund.
- If there are shipping fees, the customer will need to pay.
